ABSTRACT
        This report covers the Lab-scale beneficiation studies on the ore taken from Eskişehir-Sivrihisar-Beylikahir-Devebağırtan, by tabling and Flotation.
        The ore contains Fluorite (48 % CaF₂), barite, rare earths, calcite, quartz, iron oxide, psilomelane, muscavite and clay minerals.
        As seen from the minerologic analysis done on the represantative samples assaying 48.00 % CaF₂, even below 100 mesh, the liberation is not obtained.
        An original sample was sized and then treated by shaking table and by flotation in order to produce metallurgic and acid prade concentrates and concentrates for glass and ceramic industry. The tabling concentrates were not metallurgic grade, therefore, to get a better concentrate two groups of flotation tests were carried out. After the first group test, a concentrate assaying 83.68 % CaF₂ with a recovery of 36.66 % on the original feed base is obtained. And as a result of the second group tests two concentrates were obtained; one is assaying 69.85 % and the other one is assaying 95.20 % CaF₂. The overall recovery of second group-tests is 39.67 %.
        It was concluded that the lower rates of concentrates are due to the structure and the origin of the ore.
